I love this spice mix. It great on rice, pasta, popcorn. I first bought it at Walmart. When I ran out I couldn’t find it at any stores. I figured why not look on Amazon for it. Bam there it is. Price is double what I paid. But, if you like to add a kick of flavor this is really good.
Taste great but ripoff
Do not buy this online it’s a ripoff. Buy from Sam’s or Wal Mart $4.00 there.
NOW THIS IS A GOOD SPICE TO HAVE AROUND.
There are zillions of spice mixes out there, but this one is worthy of mention if you like a good hot tang with "flavor." Can be used on rice, soups, popcorn, or more for you to experiment. You don't need to use very much, but it adds lot of flavor. One shaker should last a while. Its "that good."
When I lived in the South I could find Tobacco Green Sauce almost everywhere in a Grocery Store. Now that I live in the mid-west/north, I can find Tobassco Red but very seldom Green. I love the flavor and it is exactly the right temperature to flavor scrambled eggs, beans, almost everything I eat.
This green sauce adds just the right amount of zing
Putting just the right amount of flavor not to hot. Use it on lots of foods like scrambled eggs, chili etc.
Flavor for the spicy-weary foodie!
If you love the flavor of jalapeños but don’t want the heat, this is it! I rarely use hot sauce but this isn’t a hot sauce more than it is just a good flavor enhancer. Try it on popcorn with white cheddar powder. Wow!
Just a wonderful all around spice combo. I live in Texas and this stuff is made in Texas, but somehow I can never find it here. I have to drive 4 hours to get to a store. Well I found this big jar on amazon and bought it. This should last at least 6 months, probably less now that summer is here in Texas. Spice is great not to over powering. Be mindful this has salt, so go sparingly on plain salt if you use it too. I usually skip the plain salt and just use this on my pork, chicken, steaks and vegetables. Goes great in sauces and marinades.
Nobody needs more sodium in their diet. A minimum of salt plus a whole lotta flavor is the way to go, and Bolner’s Fiesta delivers. I use this in everything requiring salt and pepper. It gives some bite in dry rubs, oomph to salads and vegetables, and is magnificent Incorporated into a compound butter. I don't feel like I’m killing my family with sodium, but I am delighting them with flavor. It’s great!
Great product, bad recent batch, giving it one more try
I love this stuff... No exaggeration as I put it on everything I can. All the reviews saying it was too fine a powder and should be used as a crowd deterrent were right. I bought many of these but the one I received beginning of January 2019 is awful. I'm ordering a new one today, if it is as bad as the last, I'll be looking for a new brand. EDIT: The product arrived yesterday and it was much better. The texture was just as it had been before January 2019. Not sure what happened with that one batch but the QC needs to be addressed.
